I won an auction, so I sent seller a message to find out the pick up location.
It has been over a week and the seller is not responding.
Is there any way to cancel this sale, as now I can not bid on other items.

Go ahead and finilize the order. This will place that into order status and force the seller to respond. That will also allow you to bid on other items.
If the seller does not complete the purchase after 14 days you can leave negitive feedback.
